MAS, you make me look down on you.
Sometimes I feel that some of us are really lucky, healthy and normal. There are those of us who is less fortunate, but as capable. When I see these people, I really admire them because I do not know if I would have the courage to face the world in their shoes. I respect them, because they see it as a challenge, not as a handicap. I respect them for who they potray they are, not what I see of them.
I just read a blog entry in JeffOoi's site, a story about an unfortunate event that happened to Peter Tan, who rely heavily on his wheel chair.
I wish to relay his message here, to spread the word. Lets have some caring for the them.. Not sympathy, but respect for their courage to face the world. Hopefully one day, people like those in MAS will know all customers are equal, and show some caring as well as respect.
